Can't Access Your Results Report? Here's How to Fix It


Find the email from Career Clarifier titled "Your Career Clarifier Premium Results Report & Workbook." There are two ways to access your report from this email:

1. In the third paragraph, click on the link labeled "Access My Report"

2. Sometimes, the report is displayed as an image within the body of the message rather than as a separate attachment. Simply scroll to the bottom of the email, locate the image of the report, and click on it to view or download it. If you encounter any issues, make sure your email settings allow for images to be displayed automatically.

If you're still unable to download the results report, we recommend trying a different web browser. Sometimes, individual settings or security features may interfere with the download process. Here's how to resolve it:

  • Open a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. If you need to download a new browser, here are the URLs for each:Google Chrome; Mozilla Firefox; Apple Safari; Microsoft Edge
  • Once you've installed the new browser, use it to open the email you received from Career Clarifier that includes your results report.
  • Download the results report using either of the two methods mentioned above.

If you continue to experience issues, clearing your browser's cache and cookies or disabling any pop-up blockers may help.
