Career Choice Coaching Session

This coaching option is for people who have completed the Career Clarifier assessment and want professional advice to help them choose between 2 to 4 of the recommended careers.

During this session, we can focus on:

• Exploring the recommended careers
• Answering your specific career-related questions
• Overcoming obstacles that may be hindering your progress
• Discussing educational options to enhance your career prospects
• Setting actionable steps to move forward
• Navigating career transitions smoothly

Most people can get the information and guidance they need in one coaching session. A session is 50 minutes and can be by phone or Zoom. The fee is $190.

Intensive Career Clarity Coaching Program

This coaching option is for people who have not completed the Career Clarifier test and want one-to-one expert coaching to help them identify their best job and career options.

This is a two-coaching session process.  During your first coaching session, we'll discuss your skills, knowledge, abilities, interests, and experiences to flush out your preferences.

In your 2nd coaching session, your career coach will recommend specific careers that best match you.

This coaching package includes an assessment and two 50-minute online coaching sessions using Zoom. The all-inclusive fee is $380.

Resume, Cover & LinkedIn Coaching Session

When you’re making a career change, every section of your resume has the potential for knocking you out of consideration. 

I want to teach you what those mistakes are – and show you how to avoid them - so you don’t miss out on exciting interviews for jobs you really want. 

Here are some of the key strategies you will learn: 

• The five key content sections that must be at the top of a career-change resume that will pique employers' interest and practically force them to read your resume... because they strike right at the heart of what hiring managers want. 
• The elements you must include at the top of your resume… so employers see you the way you want them to see you. 
• Innovative strategies that place keywords in the right places on your resume so you get higher rankings from Applicant Tracking Software.
• A simple way to transform and structure your work experiences... to showcase your best strengths and make it easy for employers to see why you are a qualified candidate… even though you’ve never done that type of job before. 
• Learn if, how, and where on your resume you should explain the reasons for leaving a past employer.

Interview Coaching

One simple mistake during an interview can kill months of precious time searching for a job. 

Unfortunately, most job seekers don't know the small or big mistakes they are making... or how to manage the entire interview process to stand out as the best candidate.

In this coaching session you'll learn: 

• The most effective interview preparation strategies to position yourself as a strong and capable candidate (even if you're missing some of the 'required skills or experience'.
• Strategies that pique the interviewer's attention at the start of the interview.
• Simple questions you must ask throughout the interview... so you say the right things during the interview.

• How to comfortably and honestly prove you can do the job... even if you've never done that type of work before or you don't feel comfortable talking about yourself. 
• How to use a powerful combination of "opportunity" "activity," and "result" to talk about your qualifications.  
• How to uncover doubts the interviewer has about your skills, experience and qualifications - and how you can reduce or eliminate those doubts so you maximize your chances of success.
