About the Role:
The Twitch People & Places team is focused on helping our business scale, our managers to lead and our people to grow. Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, the Director, Benefits/Wellness Programs will lead the development of our global benefits philosophy and drive the program execution and enhancement to our benefits, wellness and perks programs. In this capacity you will research, analyze, advise and resolve a variety of benefits and perks needs. Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Retirement Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role you will support operational and governance excellence for BBH’s 401(k) and Pension Plans.
