Within Finance, Learning & Development, we work with our clients to understand their developmental needs and connect them with resources and content that will allow them to learn and grow their skill set. As the Strategist, Learning & Development – Finance, you must be able to partner well with internal support teams and key stakeholders. You will assist in developing new strategies and continued improvements of Finance’s training programs to ensure we’re delivering a world-class learning & development curriculum and experience to the Finance team.
You will play a key role in the organization by ensuring our learning strategy and engagement efforts support the company’s goals. You will also ensure that content design is rooted in adult learning theory and analyze the effectiveness of our learning programs, facilitation, program management, and relationship management.
A successful candidate is a highly collaborative internal consultant and can draw on their knowledge to create and implement pragmatic solutions that drive the learning agenda forward. You will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with ambiguity, be able work independently and prioritize tasks, have experience in curriculum design, coordinate projects between various departments, and provide other general support as needed.

The position is responsible for contributing to the development and facilitation of sales training initiatives as a team member of the Center of Practice in HR.
