About the Role
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the overall supply chain strategy to ensure process efficiency and productivity.

Senior Supply Chain Analyst
The incumbent develops SKU level supply plans for our internal and contract manufacturers, and co-packers. Through high levels of understanding of our products & processes, and superior analytical skills ensures consistent and timely order fulfillment, optimizes inventory levels, and ensures high levels of efficiencies in the plants.
Duties & Responsibilities:
-Schedule Somerset FG Production to include analyzing forecasts, order & sales trends, promotions, new product introductions to produce the appropriate finished goods exactly when needed, whilst maintaining efficiencies at the plant.
-Design, maintain, analyze supply chain metrics.
-Identifies underperforming areas of the supply chain and suggest areas for improvement or resolutions.
-Maintenance includes Follow ups on production, transfers, and RAW materials.
-Conduct capacity planning analyses to ensure plants can produce to plan.
-Ensure that production status and priorities are aligned and communicated
-Communicate to Purchasing any shortages of materials – follow up with them daily until answers are received-
-Prepare production reports and graphs for schedule attainment and correlate with order fulfillment and the sales forecast.
-Assist in monitoring inventory levels at all locations.
-Maintain the Item to warehouse connections in M3.
-Prioritize and firm up the weekly plans to ensure customer order fulfillment
-Maintain Master Data Item Rationalization.
-Work Closely with Customers Service to maintain alignment with service levels.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or related discipline.
-5+ years’ experience in planning/scheduling in CPG environment.
-Demonstrated strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
-Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and organization skills; and, demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Where You’ll Come In
The Farmer’s Dog is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join our growing team. This person will work closely with the Director of Manufacturing and act as the owner and central command of our operations team. This individual will start by managing a team of two who are currently executing on the end-to-end supply chain of our business.
The primary goal of the Supply Chain Manager will be optimizing strategic execution plans and processes to improve the business. As a leader of one of our core teams, this person is expected to operate with a sense of urgency while also establishing fail-safe provisions for any contingencies. This person will be the escalation level for issues that arise in the daily business.
This individual will need to ensure their team is executing on all daily and weekly tasks by providing development, coaching, and support to direct-reports. As Operations Manager, they will own the relationship with fulfillment center leadership and be expected to map improvements for both internal teams and external fulfillment on a 3 to 6 month horizon.
