Resolving PDF Download Issues


Option 1: Use a Different Browser

If you're unable to download the Career Profiles or Work Activity Overviews, we recommend trying a different web browser. Sometimes, individual settings or security features may interfere with the download process. Here's how to resolve it:

  • Open a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. If you need to download a new browser, here are the URLs for each:Google Chrome; Mozilla Firefox; Apple Safari; Microsoft Edge
  • Once you've installed the new browser, use it to open the email you received from Career Clarifier that includes your results report.
  • Click on the results report to download it.
  • Open the downloaded report, then navigate to the Career Profiles or Work Activity Overviews and click on the 'Download' link for each one.

If you continue to experience issues, clearing your browser's cache and cookies or disabling any pop-up blockers may help.


Option 2: Open Report Instead of Downloading It

If you use Gmail, the results report may appear as an image within the body of the email or at the end, rather than as a separate attachment. If you don't see the image, ensure that both your email and browser settings allow images to be displayed automatically.

To access the result report, locate the image within the email and click to view it. Once it is open, navigate to the Career Profiles or Work Activity Overviews and click on the 'Download' link for each one.
